Objectives
• To be able to express in words and visually your likes and what they mean to you.
• The student effectively communicates to a variety of audiences in all forms of writing through the use of the writing process, proper grammar, and age appropriate expressive vocabulary. The student uses a variety of sentence types to construct a paragraph; applies organizational patterns to construct descriptive paragraphs (W.7.3).
Overview
The choices that you make say many things about who you are. In understanding your tastes (likes), you learn a little bit more about yourself
Criteria
1. The Project will be worth 2 grades of 100 points each (One grade for the written reports and one grade for the collages). For every three mistakes (errors), one (1) point will be deducted from your grade. This includes typographical, grammatical and reproductive mistakes. You will have -2 points taken away for each missing sentence in the project.
2. The project must be in English, typed or written with either a pencil or a black or blue pen and legible. The paper must be 8 ½”x11”.
3. No folder or plastic sleeve is necessary. This work will be placed in your binder.
4. This project cannot, under any circumstances be handed in late. Sufficient time will be given to complete this work, so there will be no time extensions.

Grading and Evaluation
Each page is worth 20 points, for a total of 160 points.
10 points are given for the Index page. 2 points will be taken away (deducted) for each missing piece of information.
10 points are given for the project if it is handed in time.
10 points are given for the project’s cleanliness.
10 points are given for the project’s cover page. The cover page must include the following: School Name, Municipality and State (on the top part of the page), Project’s title (In the center of the page), your full name, group, date, and class. One point will be taken away (deducted) for each missing piece of information.
